Responsibilities

1. Provide a high level of quality cleaning.
2. Daily Duties such as emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors, bathrooms, machine operation such as floor sweeper/buffer, wiping down areas such as glass, railings etc…
3. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
4. Monitor assigned areas within the arena to ensure quality cleaning is being completed and compliance with building policy.
5. Create documentation for all pertinent events and maintain daily log sheets.
6. Remain calm and professional in all situations.
7. Report pertinent information to supervisor including staff reports, repair needs or other deficiencies.
8. Stock and maintain supply room.
9. Follow all health and safety regulations
10. Must be able to available to work days and/or overnights, flexibility is a must.

Education/Training

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience

Previous cleaning experience and management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, sit, walk for extended and varying periods of time; Must be able to walk stairs; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; Must be able to bend, crouch and kneel if necessary. Must be able to work irregular hours including weekends, overnight shifts, holidays and unscheduled and forced overtime shifts; Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision at times.
