We're an international media company, looking for an experienced event coordinator for this fast-paced role organising gala dinners, industry trade shows, conferences and awards programs.

The role involves:

• working on virtual and face-to-face conferences, trade shows, round tables and awards nights
• liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, finalists and management
• organizing large business events including the Australian HR Awards, Australian Education Awards and the National HR Summit
• working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff

• have 2 years of event experience
• live in Sydney, and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work
• be able to coordinate corporate events and work to tight deadlines
• have great organisational and interpersonal skills, with excellent planning, technology and project coordination aptitude
• have enthusiasm, professionalism and stakeholder management
