Retention Bonus of $5,000!! 

 Half will be paid out with-in 30, 60 and 90 days then, 150.00 per pay check till paid off!!

Job Summary: The nursing assistant performs procedures and patient care tasks.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Necessary accommodations will be provided in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and state or local law.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High school graduate preferred.
2. Successful completion of nursing assistant course or the equivalent.
3. Previous nursing home experience with acceptable references preferred.
4. Must pass the pre-employment test for nursing assistant.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be minimum of 16 years of age.
2. Holds the minimum education, experience and skills to perform responsibilities.
3. Must have and continue a clean Criminal Background report.
4. Must have and continue a clean Sex Offender report.
5. Must have and continue a clean Child and Adult Protective service report.
6. Understand, speak, read and write English clearly.
7. Ability to lift, push or pull at least 25 pounds.
8. Ability to bed, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
9. Ability to walk independently up and down a normal flight of 13-15 stairs.
10. Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions.
11. Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
12. Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations.
13. Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
14. Must work every other weekend.
