Sales Administrator Job Summary

The primary function of the Sales Administrator is to support the Sales Team and Sales Coordinator.

Sales Administrator Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Assist Sales Manager with processing Truck Sales for the District when necessary
2. Process Factory Invoices on New Trucks according to procedures
3. Coordinates truck moves and all aspects of the company drivers dispatch and paperwork
4. Maintains New and Used Truck Inventories In Business System
5. Assist with sales processing, which includes licensing and titling
6. Assists District Sales Manager and maintaining truck files.
7. Assists employees in ordering required literature from manufacturers.
8. Maintains a courteous and efficient image in dealing with the public.

Sales Administrator Qualifications 
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. 
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Professional personal appearance. 
Excellent, friendly communication and organization skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS

The Sales Administrator works indoors, primarily at a desk but also moving about the dealership facility to communicate with the dealer, managers, employees and customers. Excellent verbal and visual communications skills required. S/he must bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and feel. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials. Must spend extensive periods answering complex telephone switchboard system and routing calls throughout the dealership, tracking the whereabouts of all dealership employees. Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and inputting data on Video Display Monitor.
