Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of advertising and promotional programs at Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay and will assist the Marketing Director with planning and executing the overall annual marketing plan, The successful candidate will support and collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that the strategies and tactics are executed and clearly communicated on a timely basis to leadership and external partners.
In addition the Marketing Manager will ensure that all advertising and promotions, financial expense goals and program guidelines are met and that best marketing practices are thoroughly and timely implemented and communicated.
In addition the Marketing Manager will coordinate all creative needs – including advertisements, digital ads, promotions and more. The Marketing Manager will ensure all marketing, advertising & promotional activities, internal and external, exude the Herschend Family Entertainment core principles.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must have -
- A degree in business management or related field.
- 3-4 years marketing experience.
- Extensive working knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational skills.
This position requires a pre-employment background screen.
