Kent Quality Foods, Inc . a premier manufacturer of specialty meat products is seeking candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor. This position will be responsible for monitoring production operations for compliance with USDA and company guidelines.
Job Expectations:
QA Supervisor must be able to make effective decisions regarding process and product deviations and be able to stop production when necessary.

- Lead the operations of the Quality Assurance team
- Provide fair and timely feedback and guidance
- Serve as Training Facilitator in the development of the QA Team members
- Strategize and execute cross-training initiatives
- Have Strong communication skills through all levels of the organization
- Reinforce food safety Standards, safety policies and GMPs
Must have experience:
- Previous QA Experience
- Strong problem solving background
- Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
- Quality Systems deployment/maintenance (writing, revising, updating, reviewing, and implementing written procedures/programs)
- Integrated Pest management in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience with HACCP Programs (Certification preferred)
- Principles of Internal Auditing
