Kent Quality Foods, a premier manufacturer of specialty meat products is searching for a qualified production manager to join our team. This opportunity will have responsibility for managing food-manufacturing activities in our Grand Rapids location. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a results-focused attitude, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as an innovative approach to manufacturing. Perishable food experience will be a plus.
Candidates' Key Proficiencies Will Include:
- Prior successful hands-on management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Action oriented individual willing to go above and beyond, assuring the operations are run precisely, with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Results focused and demonstrated past successes managing a profitable production operation.
