Hired candidates will be working onsite at the branch location. There is no relocation assistance available.

Office Admin/Receptionist starting at $18.00-$20.00/hour depending on experience. Hiring immediately!

Basic Duties:

• Greet customers and vendors via phone, email and in-person
• Order and maintain inventory of office suppliesassist other branches when needed
• Place orders for business cards
• Sort and deliver all incoming mailSort and apply postage to all outgoing mail
• Run all cash and check customer transactions on behalf of our sales team
• Ensure that office printer is adequately stocked and maintained
• Enter incoming invoices into our POS system
• Maintain employee call-list along with descriptions and parking assignments
• Perform various tasks for management/ownership group
• Schedule and plan events, lunches, and yearly inspections
• Help with bank deposits, balancing the cash box, UPS tracking and expediting
• Be the backup for scanning invoices/billing to the Corporate Branch
• Work on Material Test Reports (MTRs)

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service
• Confidently communicates with people over the phone and in person
• Light experience with accounting (entering invoices)
• Attention to detail and analytical/problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Accounting background a plus
• Dependability is a must
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• HS Diploma or equivalency
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass Background Check
