Monitors performance and maintains security levels of the network. Administer the Organization’s server environment, including VMWare, Exchange, and SAN environment. Adherence to Department/Company standards and established service level agreements [SLA’s] (i.e. checklists/procedures). Essential Functions (3): Network Administration Support and ManagementImplement, support and maintain networking and telecommunication systems as well as diagnose, analyze, and resolve network and security issues (i.e. upgrades, patches)Facilitates and enforces IT and network related security (i.e. Settings) as well as reviews and responds to security and compliance findingsAdminister network resiliency for Disaster RecoveryMaintain appropriate Permission levelsServer Administration Support and ManagementProvisions servers and other networking equipment into the environmentResearch and recommend new features implementation. Identify, Recommend, and Implement process (i.e. checklists) enhancements related to security and efficienciesAdministers email systems and internet filtersManage Virtual, SAN and backup environments to include appropriate replication schedulesAdministers System Health/Alerting SystemAdministers data backups and restorationsSupport DeskAdvanced level expertise for Support Desk; Responds to Support Desk requests as assignedAnswers incoming support desk phone calls and manages ticket queueProvision and maintain inventory for Hardware and Software Other Duties & Responsibilities:Promotes the Kennebunk Savings Brand by recommending our products and services, supporting our community focus & commitment to being a premier employerUnderstands, supports and adheres to organizational policies and proceduresConsistently emphasizes the importance of teamwork in the department and company at largeResponsible for keeping abreast of company news and informationResponsible for completing required training and policy reviewMay serve on various committeesWillingness to take on additional tasks and dutiesAfter (business) hours work and support as necessary Desired Certifications & Licenses:A CertificationNetwork CertificationMCSA and Security certification or equivalent knowledge Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Skilled in / Proficiency with virtualization and/or network technologies such as VMware, Citrix, Cisco, Meraki and FortinetExperience with SAN storage and backup technologies and processesMicrosoft knowledge such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange and Azure/O365Understanding of antivirus, IDS/IPS, DLP, web filtering and email security toolsDisplays high level of regard for trust and confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office ProductsDisplays strong written and verbal communication skillsDisplays strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task to meet established deadlinesDemonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detailEffectively uses analytical skills to solve technical, as well as, non-technical problemsPrior knowledge of banking regulations is preferredAbility to adapt to change Desired Job Experience:5 years of related experience - Business Line RelatedExperience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environment Desired Education:High school or General Education DiplomaAssociates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred Working Conditions & Minimum Physical Requirements:Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipmentLifting and moving of moderately heavy objects on occasionNormally seated for extended periods of timeStanding for extended periods of timeSome exposure to outdoor elements and inclement weatherFrequent lifting, stretching, bending, walking, climbing and pushing External and internal applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disable as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, or Maine/New Hampshire Human Rights Commissions, must be able to perform the essential job functions (as listed) either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by management on a case-by-case basis. Last Updated 12/7/2023
