KenCrest is Hiring a Director of Compliance Near Blue Bell, PA

Our Director of Compliance is responsible for the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The ideal candidate should be able to be discreet, be able to handle confidential information related to staff as well as the individuals we support and be able provide support in protecting the agency from fraud, waste, and abuse. KenCrest is looking for someone with some supervisory experience as will collaborating with the Records Management Administrator on projects especially transferring files to an Electronic system for initial launch and then weaning off. This is a hybrid role; while mostly standard Monday through Friday, Work From Home, there are virtual meeting and in-office requirements and as well as occasional travel to the client homes/meetings within all three state we provide services. Some Essential Functions of Position: Oversees the Compliance of License Status of programs and facilitiesDevelops and maintains reports on Compliance to the Board, Senior Management, and other EAC members as neededOversees the management of records, including retention policy, storage, releases, and other related proceduresConsults with counsel as needed to resolve legal issues and supports EAC members in the event of litigationConsults and complies with Federal, State, and local authorities as neededCreates Events, Communications, and Trainings to promote ComplianceDevelops and implements Annual Strategic Corporate Compliance PlanReceives reports of concern from Compliance Hotline, directly from individuals, families, staff and the community and assigns investigators accordinglyParticipates in new business development by assessing compliance requirementsWorks with HR to develop an effective compliance training program including introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employeesWorks with Leadership on developing a stress test on Compliance Program identifying levels of riskParticipates in external audits and acts as a conduit to funder audits, and 3rd party auditing entitiesOversees the creation and implementation of an annual internal audit planMember of the Administrative Review Committee and the Safety Committee Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Healthcare or Business related field required, Masters preferred 10 years of Experience in Healthcare Related Field including a Demonstrated Leadership Capacity Familiarity with Operational, Financial, Quality and HR Procedures and Regulations preferred Have to be SCCE accredited (Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics) – if not certified must be willing to be certified within the year (KenCrest paid for) Advanced Microsoft Skills, especially Excel required
