Berkshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a superstar to join our team as a Concierge/Family Liaison.
Responsibilities include: attentively communicating with our guests, visitors, and residents, communicating with guests and others over the phone, the internet, and in person, and welcoming new residents and families to ensure a hassle-free move, among others.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and previous guest/customer services experience.

Responsibilities

• Attentively communicating with our guests, visiters and residents.
• Attending to the wants and needs of our guests, visiters and residents.
• Communicating with guests and others over the phone, the internet, and in person.
• Welcome new Residents & their families to ensure a smooth, hassle-free move
• Maintain a daily log with questions, concerns and issues raised; and any follow up steps taken
• Help where help is needed, be a team player and assist in any problem area

Requirements

• Degree or certificate in hospitality management.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task & concentrate with constant interruption
• Other certificate programs, such as management communication, tourism marketing, travel planning, tourism marketing, or hospitality IT.
• Preliminary training program.
• Previous guest services experience.
