Company is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to work directly with CEO, as a Direct Hire. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
• Experience in taking care of some portions of hiring such as placing ads, screening process, completion of first interviews and recommending the candidate for the second interview.
• Experience in taking care of a good portion of CEO’s emails from start to completion of the task mentioned in the email in 2 or more jobs
• Being an excellent project manager who is capable of handling complex projects from A to Z by developing a good roadmap for completing the project with ability to execute the roadmap with high quality and efficiency.
• Experience in tracking tasks and evaluating the result
• Very stable job history
• Experience as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the Founder, CEO or at least the President
• Experience working in a small company
• 7 years of experience in administrative support functions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Must be a quick learner and self-motivated, requiring the least amount of supervision.
• Willingness to learn, welcome other tasks and projects outside the job description and continue to grow.
Job Qualifications & Requirements that are a Big Plus
• Capable of managing 5 to 7 people
• Having been the office manager in addition to being an Executive Assistant
• Being tech-savvy and working knowledge of social media web platforms
• Managing & keeping track of the tasks/projects the CEO delegated to others & insure timely completion of the tasks efficiently and with a good quality
