Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees janitorial/maintenance services specialized in restaurant and kitchen equipment cleaning.
Regularly engages key levels of the customers business to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address opportunities as they arise.
Meets regularly with customers and vendors to ensure customer objectives are being met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Develops new vendor relationships to support the region as needed.
Performs additional duties as directed by the Regional Zone Manager. This position requires a lot of written communication and follow up.

• Janitorial/Custodian/Building maintenance and Restaurant cleaning and maintenance industry strategic operations
• Customer communication and relationship management
• Vendor management and negotiation
• OSHA related safety regulations and especially the use of chemicals
• General janitorial machines and repairs/maintenance procedures
• Project management and related project planning
• Management and leadership in directing the work of others and gaining trust and respect
• Management reporting and time management
• General business accounting practices
• Basic MS Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Company Operating Software.

Visits to customer sites may include:
• Building, warehouse or restaurants, which may include varying temperatures and moderate noise levels
• Exterior services, which may include varying weather conditions and temperatures and moderate noise levels
• Site environment may have varying workstations and varying interactions with customers and staff
• Working conditions may include small spaces, slippery floor, hot kitchen equipment, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces.
Travel:
• Some travel may be required for this position; this is be assigned individually by Regional ZM.
• Reliable transportation is required (including maintaining valid Driver’s License and ability to travel meeting Federal travel requirements for air travel)
