Full Job Description:
As a Buyer's Agent at Keller Williams Sunset Corridor you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective homebuyers through the complex process of purchasing a home. Your primary responsibility will be to understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to help them identify and acquire properties that meet their criteria. You will be the liaison between clients and sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and financial capabilities. Discuss the homebuying process and set realistic expectations.
Property Search: Conduct market research to identify properties that match clients' criteria. Utilize multiple listing services, online databases, and personal networks to find potential listings.
Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings for clients. Provide detailed information on each property, including its features, neighborhood, and potential for growth.
Negotiation: Assist clients in making competitive offers on properties. Negotiate with sellers and their agents to achieve the best possible terms and price for the buyer.
Due Diligence: Guide clients through the due diligence process, including inspections, appraisals, and any necessary research. Ensure all necessary steps are completed on time.
Documentation: Handle all paperwork and documentation required for the purchase, including offers, contracts, disclosures, and any other necessary forms.
Closing: Coordinate and attend the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met, and the transaction is completed smoothly.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout and after the transaction.
