KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near Stockton, CA

We are looking for a numbers-oriented AND people-oriented person for our busy real estate brokerage. This position will assist the Manager with both administrative and accounting functions and will work directly with our 300 agents.

This job requires being comfortable picking up the phone and conversing with agents, as retaining our agents and helping them become productive is our #1 goal. (Real Estate Licensee OK, but may only do referral business, no active real estate transactions)

AA or higher in Accounting Required

The MCA will have the following job duties:

  • Process Commissions for agents using our in-house Platform, sending information to title companies and processing incoming checks when file is closed.
  • Supervise front desk staff of 3-4
  • Prepare bank deposits and take to the bank twice a week.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using primarily Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Bill agents monthly for office dues, collect payments when due and contact them when credit cards need to be updated
  • Set up new agents in our system, assist with onboarding new associates
  • Occasional travel (no overnight) for training and to visit our other locations
  • And the usual... other duties as assigned
