General Summary:
Our Inventory Control Lead is a vital part of the KEEN Team. The position supports the entire Distribution Center (DC) with expertise on exception handling of orders, inbound exceptions and/or locations variances through utilization of KEEN Warehouse Management System (WMS). Inventory Control Lead will master and utilize location management tools such as slotting and inventory cycle counting to ensure location accuracy and integrity for all operational areas. A critical part of this job is to ensure the entire inventory team is trained and follows all inventory control SOPs and processes. The Inventory Control Lead will assist with special projects and is responsible for training our associates as well as tracking and logging all key reports and data needed to comply with external audit processes. Leads may have the opportunity, after training and development to advance and train in other areas and operations. Leads will give input on employee performance, safety and quality to their Operations Manager on a weekly basis. Leads will model KEEN values and act in accordance with KEEN’s mission.
