Overview
Aat Keap and we’re searching for a Product Manager/Agile Product Owner. Ideally, you will be an early adopter of technology and ideas, a dedicated team player, a relentless researcher, and a passionate miner of customer feedback. What you’ll be doing...
Help continuously grow and refine the understanding of the competitive landscape with thorough and thoughtful analysis of competitors, existing and emerging.
Drive qualitative and quantitative customer feedback by coordinating interviews, design reviews, and surveys.
Translate learnings into incremental user stories for an engineering team to execute.
Ensure product enhancements are communicated effectively, internally and externally, using a variety of media, and following cross-department standards
Personally acquire and strengthen Product Management skills and practices, for career growth
Daily Duties
Manage backlog, priority, and execution for a product feature team, creating high-functioning team dynamics, including standups, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
Always stay on top of competitors; develop and maintain standards for competitive analysis documentation.
Help strengthen cross-functional relationships with the engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams by providing in-depth internal documentation and facilitating communication
Help foster a product culture of testing and learning by coordinating customer reviews, interviews, surveys, etc., and organizing feedback.
Gracefully accept feedback from stakeholders and maintain flexibility as product requirements and priorities evolve.
Work closely with Product Managers and leaders to review and analyze customer feedback
Understand and assist in the measurement and documentation of product success metrics.
Assist in preparations for product launch, coordinating product documentation, working closely with the cross-departmental launch team

Your experience should include...
3 years of Product Management experience, or relevant education experience that demonstrates the desired skillset
CSM or CSPO qualification
Facilitating Agile Scrum Ceremonies
Strong proactive communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively are critical
Ability to negotiate without being adversarial
Exemplary organization skills, helping to coordinate multiple channels of feedback across multiple customer groups
Empathy for the customer experience, as well as data analysis, to contribute to departmental decision-making
Superb written and oral communication skills
Experience working and thriving in a fast-moving environment
Top-notch listening skills; ability to look beyond what a customer says and understand what they need
Ability to work productively by engaging others across departments and aligning communications and documentation
Skill at researching companies and products, organizing data from diverse sources into actionable insights and comparisons
