DIGITAL SALES MANAGER
Allen Media Broadcasting’s KDRV-TV (ABC) in Medford, Oregon seeks a Digital Sales Manager for its advertising sales team. We are looking for a digital media champion to help shape and execute advertising strategies for clients across all our digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
The Digital Sales Manager develops digital product packages, trains the sales team on digital sales initiatives, accompanies Account Executives on multiple sales calls each week, and personally sells digital advertising products to existing clients and new clients through new business development.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of digital media advertising products, social media networks, digital media measurement tools and analytics, and the role of digital media as part of an overall marketing and advertising strategy.
A minimum of two (2) years management experience, preferably in a television sales environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Hands on experience developing new business and as a skilled negotiator and motivator. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Product knowledge must include Programmatic targeting, social, SEO, and SEM. Google certified is a plus. Four-year college degree preferred.
