KCF Technologies Inc is Hiring a Remote Sales Operations Intern

Where You Come In:

KCF Technologiesis seeking participants in many areas of study to contribute to our high-performing teams as part of the Future Innovators Internship Program . This 10-week, full-time paid program June 3 – August 9 will take place at our KCF Headquarters in-person, or remotely, depending on where home is for you and what your position is. With our work from home, work from anywhere policy, the choice of where to work is yours for most of our roles! 

Our home base is our headquarters in State College, PA, but you will find KCF Teammates spread across 26 different U.S. States with our flexible remote model. We give you the autonomy to define how and where you do your best work!

What to Expect:

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with department heads, executive leaders, and sales staff to understand existing product, services, and industries we serve
  • Work to maintain CRM
  • Data Analysis and Forecasting
  • Gain knowledge of KCF’s sales cycle from identifying an opportunity to realizing a PO
  • Accurately show the value of KCF’s SmartDiagnostics services
  • Attend and participate in webinars and sales presentations to better sell our product
  • Participate in drafting and negotiating sales agreements in conjunction with Sales Leadership
  • Provide customer support and serve as liaison between the customer and KCF engineering team
  • Grow existing customer relationships by leveraging strong account management and problem-solving best practices
  • Closely monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics for each customer
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure we are meeting them
  • Manage, train, lead a small team to service client

Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled in an Accounting/Actuarial Science, Data Sciences/Statistics, Management Information Systems, Social Data Analytics, Finance, Business or other related degree program as at least a 2nd year student
  • 1-3 years of customer-supporting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal & written
  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and independent thinking habits in a team environment
  • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships/partnerships
  • Resourceful and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
  • Highly analytical and data driven, with the creativity to present complex data sets and problems in a "simple to understand" way
  • Strong knowledge of business principles within industry and customer segment
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and attention to detail skills
