The New Orleans, Louisiana office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 200 attorneys across & 17 offices, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience practicing employment law.
KDV’s Labor and Employment practice includes employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, as well as traditional employment law matters.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking to grow with an expanding practice including employment litigation and general liability defense. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments, as well as participate in trials.
As part of its continued efforts to actively recruit and advance the recruitment, development and promotion of diverse lawyers, Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck is participating in Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule 2022 initiative.
