Overview

The Fort Lauderdale office of Kaufman Dolowich, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 200 attorneys across 15 offices, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment, Healthcare and/or HOA litigation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a defense litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Represent clients in a wide range of cases, including Labor & Employment, Healthcare, or HOA litigation.
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• Superior communication, writing and research skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Superior Academic Credentials
