Job Summary Provide overall leadership and direction to the business unit by ensuring the safe and efficient performance of the manufacturing facilities, employees and operations through the implementation of manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure manufacturing supports EPGA’s strategic objectives. Job Description Leads continuous improvement efforts and develop capital projects for plant and automation upgrades. Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives. Handling all administrative items necessary to ensure that company is compliant with any and all requirements and benchmarks. Coaching and elevating performance of direct reports through goal-setting, coaching and providing timely feedback. Develop and implement operation systems and procedures to enhance operating performance, quality and throughput Develop and execute on manufacturing capital plan Promote the company in industry, manufacturing and trade associations as well as maintain contact with industry thought leaders and continually seek new techniques and applications Provide Positive Employee to Employer Relations to promote a productive / harmonious work place.
