Karpiak Consulting is Hiring a Senior Tax Accountant (Hybrid) Near New York, NY
My client, a small (~60 employees) CPA firm with a nice atmosphere and culture, is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant. They are proud of their work/life balance and low turnover rate. They believe in developing, mentoring, and transitioning their Seniors and Managers into Directors and Partners. The Tax Department has a robust client base comprised of HNW, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Small Businesses.
This role is looking for ideally 5-8 years of experience handling the prep and review for various returns, including HNW, Real Estate, and individuals in the Film/TV industry.
This role is a hybrid role, and the target salary range is $80-110k, but the client was clear that the salary range would be negotiable based on experience, so if this is the type of role and/or firm that you are interested in, they will welcome a discussion on salary and potential fit.
BA/BS in Accounting and/or MST is required, and CPA is preferred.
Experience with ProSystem FX is a plus. Ideally, the candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
