The Position:

This is a position dedicated to ensuring an amazing experience for our patients from the first phone call until they are seen for at their initial consultation with Dr. Kanning and our Treatment Coordinator. We want you to make them feel welcome and excited to visit our office and make their arrival to our office memorable.

What you'll do:

• Answer phones with a smile
• Schedule new patient appointments
• Qualify new patient leads
• Manage patient information in multiple software programs
• Communicate with patients prior to their initial consultation by phone and in writing
• Communicate with referring offices
• Schedule patients in the office
• Be part of a winning team
