This position exists to review and scan production documents as well as process change orders in PLM database

This is a 1st shift position with hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Pay range is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour depending upon experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Organizing, archiving & digitizing documents
• Perform document prep, scanning and indexing of records to departmental standards, Good Documentation Practices
• Assess scan quality, legibility, and good documentation practices
• Data entry
• Verify/review electronic images and index information of other team members for accuracy and conformance
• Fulfill requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshooting skills
• Maintain complete records in accordance with the document control operating procedures
• Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness per applicable instructions provided
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous, and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.

Qualifications

Education:

•  High School Diploma

Experience:

• 2-3 Years in Administrative/ Document Control roles

 Knowlesge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), intermediate level.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Understanding of basic QA system, documentations, and ISO 9001 requirements
• Accurately enter data into a computer by use of keyboard and mouse.
