Summary: K2M’s marketing specialist is a self-motivated, very organized person with a positive attitude and a passion for excellence. This position requires writing, editing, graphics, communication, organizational, and management skills. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage projects across multiple offices. A key independent contributor of K2M's marketing efforts by supporting the Sales & Marketing team members, client account managers, and Directors in the production of collateral. Maintain the deep knowledge base that is K2M marketing. Support the private and public proposal RFP response process for company as well as all external awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Produce writing, graphics, and create other content for the sales and marketing teams, including marketing materials, proposals, web site updates, social media posts, and general business communications.
• Preparing proposals and presentations deliverable material in collaboration with market leaders.
• Maintaining databases for branding, proposal / marketing content and standard components, such as company information, resumes, project experience sheets, and services.
• Assist with the application and submittal to design competitions and other types of company awards where K2M has offices.
• Create and maintain branding solutions related to K2M’s internal and external image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University with a background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• (3-7 ) years’ work experience in the field of marketing. AEC or Professional Services experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, Indesign a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and O365 Programs.
• Aptitude for learning new programs.
