K2 Kinetics is currently accepting candidates for a Project Manager position in our York, PA office. The candidate will interface and support our customers and partners in multiple functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to internal and external project tracking/coordination, vendor management, customer communication, project fiscal management, and on-site coordination as needed.

K2 Kinetics provides packaging solutions, including case packing and robotic palletizing equipment to the food and beverage industries. This position is approximately 20-30% Travel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site project launch meetings, take field dimensions and understand customer requirements.
• Provide project interface between customer and K2 Kinetics.
• Monitor cost and project timelines as it relates to the projects.
• Coordinate project tracking through computer software.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage Change Order Requests.
• Control all project impacts to schedule, budget, scope, FAT, Installation and SAT.
• Any and all other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor to help benefit K2 Kinetics.
• Lead customer review meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

Who are we looking for?

• 2 Years of Project Management Experience, Preference given to work in the packaging/OEM industry.
• Drive for project execution on-time, and on-budget, every time.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
• Experience and proficient operation of Google Docs/Sheets/Calendars (Microsoft experience acceptable).
• Self-motivated individual willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An excellent communicator who communicates clearly and effectively, even in difficult situations.
• A team player willing to have fun, work hard and excel in a competitive environment.

Education and Experience:

• 2 Years of Project Management Experience, Preference given to work in the packaging/OEM industry
• Preference will be given to PMP Certified Candidates
• Experience in the following software packages: AutoCAD or similar 2D CAD software.
• High School diploma required, College Degree Preferred

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not require any supervisory responsibility.
