Come create computer-aided plans that will bring our communities to life.
As our Draftsperson, you will prepare and review detailed drawings of site plans, plot plans, subdivision plats along with construction documents utilizing knowledge of building materials, architectural and engineering practices, and mathematics to complete drawings. Coordinate drafts and drawings with surveyors, operations, field, and Sales Associates. Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
Candidates for this position must have prior knowledge and experience drafting residential site plans/plot plans.
