Valley Extrusions is seeking an experienced CNC/Machnist. The ideal candidate will have programming experience, the abilility to read part prints, use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring devices. A basic understanding of Machining theory is needed. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision. A solid work ethic is required.

Essential Job Duties:

• Program, set-up and operate CNC Vertical Machining center. Run manual turning centers, milling machines, surface girnders, band saws (horizontal and vertical) and a drill press.
• EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) set-up and operation.
• Debug, provide feedback and prove out CNC programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a CNC/Manual Machinist.
• Ability to interpret, edit and program G-code efficiently.
• Autodesk Fusion , Esprite and/or Auto-CAD experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
