Job Overview:

Due to Company growth, we are we are actively seeking an experienced Project Support Coordinator to join our team in Augusta, ME.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform a wide range of assignments and resolve problems independently without close supervision.
  • Create, maintain and validate cost structure data with our global operating system (SAP)
  • Consolidate access requests for SAP cost structures
  • Consolidate access requests for purchasing
  • Maintain and coordinate system cost management (Availability Control) changes to Networks management and business personnel
  • Ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.
  • Perform and document basis data analysis functions.
  • Process documents for revision and approval.
  • Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents between the field and inter department analysts
  • Develop detailed reports on a reoccurring to ad hoc basis.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the Customer, Contractors and the Service Centers and the Customer Contact Center to enhance communication and coordination for requested/required services.
  • Interacts with internal and external customers including, but not limited to, contractors, customers, etc.
  • Strive to deliver the level of customer service that our contractors, electricians and all other customers expect and deserve.
  • Participates as needed in emergency storm restoration efforts.
  • Works to enhance the communication of policies and procedures to our contractors
  • Learn SAP WMS Management System

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 years of related experience in a customer service, customer focused project management or technical setting
  • Lesser experience in combination with related Associates or Bachelor's degree will be considered.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge is required.
