What you will do

• Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations.
• Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all guests.
• Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience.
• Securely park guest cars
• Escort guests to their rooms
• Explain to guests the features of their rooms
• Deliver bags and amenities
