About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6,500 students and employs 850 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities

Minimum 21 years old; educational background in preschool, elementary education, or related field; experience working with 4 & 5 year old children; supervisory experience preferred; must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures, and in a fast pace physically active and loud environment associated with children’s activities.

Plans and supervises daily structured activities for children enrolled in the program; supervises paraprofessionals and aides; promotes a learning and positive environment. For more information, please see the job description for this position.

Start date: Immediately
Contract: M-F, 8 hours per day, year round (260 days)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
