The BXNG Club is a high-energy, team-oriented fitness facility that offers boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, MMA, indoor cycling, and fitness classes in the San Diego area.

The BXNG Club is expanding and looking to bring on an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Manager.  Ideally, this person will move into a General Manager position as BXNG Club continues to grow in Southern California.

  • You have experience managing in a service-based industry (recurring membership model experience is a plus)
  • You are experienced in de escalating customer service related issues and having all parties walk away content with the solution
  • You have experience leading large teams (15 )
  • You have a competitive mindset but don't run people over the in the process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for hitting monthly revenue goals
  • Develop strategy for corporate and group memberships as well as outside sales programs
  • Achieve membership sales goals
  • Work closely with staff and trainers to ensure successful on-boarding of new members
  • Track membership and private training renewals
  • Prospect referrals

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communications skills. This includes having a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service-oriented demeanor. This is a VERY high-energy workplace, and we require that you understand how important the social aspect of a fitness club is in the overall success of the studio
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated work manner
  • High level of integrity. This position requires someone that is team-oriented and willing to work above and beyond the job description
  • Computer savvy
  • A passion or interest for the health and fitness industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales/membership experience
