The Payroll Specialist will process and maintain all aspects of payroll processing including compliance with local taxing authorities, completion of all payroll account reconciliations, and assist with timely filings of all required reporting.The type of individual that will be successful in this role must be analytical in nature, detail oriented, and possess a strong understanding of payroll systems, data analysis, and Excel skills to ensure the integrity of information when recording, verifying, and reconciling transactions. Our Company is growing rapidly, so the successful individual will be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is changing rapidly. This person must also be able to use discretion when reviewing and communicating sensitive (confidential) data with tact and maturity to various employee groups, including managers and/or executives.In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $60,000-$70-000 including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.
