Juliette Fowler Communities is Hiring an Admissions Coordinator Near Dallas, TX

The Admissions Coordinator has the overall responsibility for the generalmanagement of inquiries about our community, leasing apartments to qualifiedapplicants, and processing resident certification’s/recertification’s at all housingproperties.

Some responsibilities include:

Presents apartment community in a professional manner

Ability to build positive relationships with teammates, residents and potential residents

Schedules and provides tours of the community, discussing with prospective residents the advantages, benefits and features of leasing at our community

Answers inquiries related to our community

Conducts interviews and reviews and processes applications of potential new residents

Prepares leases and related documents for qualified renters

Annual and interim recertification of residents, assisted as needed

Schedules and process move-ins and move-outs

Weekly reporting on census and vacancy

Maintains separate ledger for Assisted Living Room and Board and Copayments, per regulatory requirements. Reports unbalanced accounts to the administrator.

Sends out late notices for non-payment or missed-payments

Assist with office organization by filing and maintaining organized resident files, in accordance with HUD requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Prefer a Licensed Social Worker but will consider other related experience

Strong communication skills with outgoing personality

Ability to perform essential duties and tasks of job description

Ability to perform independently

Ability to multi task

Able to research and interpret HUD rules and regulations

Customer service oriented

Ability to maintain confidentiality, patience, professionalism and teamwork
