About the Role
We have multiple openings for Inside Sales Associates to take on the following responsibilities:
Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
Make outbound calls to qualify and source potential clients
Serve as the face of the company and subject matter expert of Jukebox services
Engage existing leads to expand brand awareness, educate prospects, and identify new opportunities for our lead funnel
Keep detailed records in the company’s CRM system, coordinate internal handoffs of leads, and track progress of specific cases
About You
The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare
You care deeply about helping others, especially older adults.
You have a sixth sense on how to handle delicate conversations, and are the kind of person friends seek out for personal advice.
An outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
