Job Description

Location: Shelton, CT
Salary: $25.00 USD Hourly - $35.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Consumer Analytics Analyst on a 12 month w2 contract basis, allowing of remote work structure.

Core Hiring Focus:

  • 1 year of aligned experience
  • Must have experience with Excel - Previous experience with Consumer Goods/Brand and/or Analytics
  • Experience with visualization tools (PowerBi/Tableau) a plus
  • Deliver Insights via Amazon / Google Search
Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze core consumer data sets to deliver insights relevant to EPC categories as needed to cross functional teams (Brand Strategy, Innovation, eCommerce Sales, Digital Search) with goal of influencing content creation and new product development. Data sets to include reviews, Amazon search, and Google search
  • Assist in creation of monthly Consumer Analytics newsletter (the "People First" newsletter), pulling relevant data and developing actionable/high value insights for cross-functional teams
  • Attend bi-weekly "Rapid Response" team meetings, providing insights
  • Work with Data Strategy & Analytics team members to maintain/update the following self-serve reporting dashboards in accordance with relevant delivery cadence
Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with large sets of data
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate with other team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SQL or other coding languages a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBi a plus
