Job Details:
- Familiarity with fabricating, inspecting and repairing metallic assemblies.
- Experience working with mechanical structures.
- Patience to perform tedious tasks with extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to work with delicate materials and adhere to tight tolerances.
- Basic hand tool experience such as, torque wrenches, screw drivers, and crimpers.
- Experience working with mechanical structures.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a 40 hr. work week (4x10’s) with occasional overtime to support launch schedules.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
Experience:
- fabricating, inspecting: 5 years (Preferred)
- Aerospace Avionics: 4 years (Preferred)
- engineering drawings: 4 years (Preferred)
- torque wrenches, screw drivers, and crimpers: 4 years (Preferred)
