Job Description
Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a SR SOURCING MANAGER
Lake Forest - Hybrid
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Natural ability to lead, inspire, and be decisive in times of change/ambiguity.
•Has the runway to progress into a Supply Chain leadership role, with direct reports (mandatory).
• 8 years' experience in Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain (mandatory).
•MBA or 4-year bachelor's degree in Sourcing / Operations / Supply Chain (desired).
•Lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma GREEN belt (desired).
•APICS Membership / certified CPIM, CFPIM, or CSCP (desired). •A track record of career advancements & overdriving KPI metrics (mandatory).
•Competent using v-look up & pivot tables. Presents data in an easy-to-follow format (mandatory).
•Experience with US, China & Malaysia based suppliers & contract manufacturers (desired).
•Is familiar with VI/VE, should cost model, clean sheet & design for manufacturer (desired).
