Commercial Launch Project Management Services Meeting Management IPST
1. Develop and distribute meeting agendas to stakeholders in a timely manner.
2. Oversee meeting cadence across team and ensure right stakeholders included (Governance management)
3. Coordinate meeting preparation, including materials distribution, set-up, and follow-up.
4. Facilitate meetings, manage discussions, take and distribute meeting notes, and ensure follow-up actions are assigned and completed.
5. Ensure all meeting documentation is accurately recorded and stored in a centralized location.
6. Support GM Team to Provide Feedback on business asks (i.e. attendance to congresses etc.)
General Team Project Management
(eBC launch follow up, Key Account Project and ad hoc projects eg Supply Chain)
1. Track and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
2. Proactively map all key milestones and deliverables for calendar year and ensure proper communication set towards deadlines
3. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays.
4. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
5. Ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed-upon timelines.
6. Creation of internal communication decks (Sr. Leadership)
Presentation Development
1. Collaborate with team members to create compelling and effective presentations.
2. Review and provide feedback on presentations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
3. Support the delivery of presentations to senior leaders.
