Overview:

Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis, Inc. (CSSA), a rapidly growing small business, is currently seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to join the team as an integral member of a group of government, military, and contractor personnel that provide program, engineering, and technical support on a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provides realistic institutional training in all areas of the THAAD Enhanced Operator/Maintainer operations and maintenance tasks for the THAAD Fire Control and Communication (TFCC), Radar, and Launcher components.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Applicant must have experience with the application of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to operating systems and other networked devices
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization, Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; 4 years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree

Clearance: Must be eligible for Secret Clearance; ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance preferred; US Citizenship required

Certifications: Must have an active CompTIA Security certification

Required Skills:

• Prior experience with Microsoft Server products
• Prior experience with Microsoft Windows products
• Prior experience with VMware/vSphere.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Prior experience with Cisco network devices
