Job Description:
Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior Techs (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans and will also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (such as stimulus preference assessments). We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and driven ABA professionals to work with our clients.
Qualifications Required and Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates with a current/active RBT certification preferred. If not RBT certified, candidate must have completed the 40-hour RBT online training within the last 4 months and be able to obtain their certification within 3 months of hire.
- Required Availability - Weekday hours in the afternoon (after school)
- Preferred Availability - Flexibility for weekend hours as available
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience with children and/or adolescents, personal and/or professional experience with autism, the field of ABA, or any adjacent field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have valid ID and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and an online ABA software data collection system
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Direct experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA experience

Multiple locations (we offer in-home services, so the location is dependent upon the client)
