We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leads, motivates and develops sales staff to achieve market share and profit objectives
  • Makes sales call on customers to help secure business and improve profitability
  • Displays great personal commitment to customer satisfaction and thus leads by example
  • Understands margin growth and sales contract management
  • Inventory control and inventory maintenance
  • Price development for transactional and contractual business
  • Knows competitors in-depth and how best to position the sales team to gain market share
  • Some travel will be required to our Ft. Smith Location. 1-3 trips a year.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive levels of Sales Experience preferred (Inside/Outside Sales)
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Previous purchasing experience a plus
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the metals industry is required
