Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team.  We are currently seeking to a part-time or full-time position.  Our Agency Producer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry of office experience and knowledge is not required, but would be a great benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

This position requires at least one California insurance license.  (Property & Casualty and/or Life).  We know you may not have a license.  Not to worry.  We will provide the license training course to get your license. You just need to complete your hours and get your license within 60 days.

Responsibilities


  • Bring in new clients and service existing customers
  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction respond to queries, solicit further sales and solve or refer problems
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests and sales requests with a specified time
  • Generate new business through leads & referral sources
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and marketing
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements


  • Obtain CA Property & Casualty and/or Life license (we pay for the training)  We know you may not have a license.  Not to worry.  We will provide the license training course to get your license if you don't have one. You just need to complete your hours and get your license within 60 days.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Must be highly self-motivated and Career-minded
