Jordan Valley Community Health Center is Hiring a General Dentist Near Springfield, MO

Join Jordan Valley’s ever-growing network of providers as a full-time General Dentist!

Must have a DDS or DMD degree from a CODA accredited dental school

Schedule and hours will be determined by provider and their clinical supervisor.

Starting base salary of $175,000 for recent graduates. Salary negotiable based on experience.

About the opportunity:

  • Full Comprehensive Care for all ages of our patients
  • Exams
  • Direct and Indirect Restorations
  • Extractions (Simple and Surgical)
  • Root canals
  • Implant replacements and restorations
  • Fixed and Removable prosthodontics

Compensation and benefits include:

  • Starting base salary of $175,000 for recent graduates. Salary negotiable based on experience.
  • Multi-faceted compensation plan with competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, resign bonus, and production incentive. 
  • Twenty-five-thousand-dollar sign-on bonus
  • Additional income up to seventy thousand dollars per year based on performance and contract commitment.
  • 36-hour work week with full time benefits
  • National Health Corps Loan Repayment: HPSA score of 26 for all dental locations.
  • CME Allowance
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • 403b Retirement plan with employer match on the first month after 30 days

Requirements

  • Doctorate of dental surgery or dental medicine
  • Fully licensed dentist to practice in the State of MO (or the ability to obtain a MO license).
  • COVID Vaccine required for all new employees
