Overview of the Job:

Warehouse Drivers support the success of the individual store as they play a critical role ensuring that all customers are serviced quickly and get their products timely. The role will follow standard operating procedures and ensure that all orders and transfers are accurately processed.

What success looks like:

• It is critical that qualified candidates have great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills to be successful in this role. Taking orders from the warehouse and staging it for customer’s access accurately and on time is a daily occurrence.
• Organizational skills and being able to prioritize tasks on a daily basis are important to make sure the orders are processed, and stock is replenished efficiently and accurately to fulfill the role of order processing, stocking, or replenishing.
• Forklift certification is required as this role will check-in product in the warehouse and ensure that products are organized and readily available, and assist drivers with loading and unloading trucks.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent housekeeping and safety standards to upkeep high standards of cleanliness and maintain high safety standards.
• Making local deliveries around the greater Slidell and New Orleans areas
• Bilingual skill is a plus

• Maintain a clean driving record
• Fork-Lift License and Drivers License
• Maintain company vehicles and fuel logs
• Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 70 pounds.
• The employee is required to talk or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
• All candidates must pass a pre-employment skills test, a pre-employment physical and a drug screening test.
• Full-time employees are expected to work 40 hours per week, plus the possibility of overtime as required.
• Vehicles may range up to 25900 GVW
