JohnsonRauhoff (JR) is an award-winning content strategy agency to global brands searching for a Account Manager with seasoned experience. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record. The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years agency experience leading high volume production accounts with national brand experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth and Profitability: Responsible for account projections, sales, margins, estimating, billing, and identifying potential new projects and/or account growth opportunities.
  • Client Relations and Satisfaction: Earn long-term partnerships by helping clients succeed and achieve results through the highest level of customer service, product quality, timeliness, and budget management.
  • Develop Strategies and Inspire Innovation: Provide clear direction, research, strategic insights and new ideas to inspire the creative teams to do their best work and offer fresh thinking to our clients.
  • Production Quality and Efficiency: Ensure product quality and production efficiency by following established processes and best practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain regular project status reports, activity reports, financial reports and added-value reports on projects and/or programs for Clients and Account Directors.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay aware of industry trends for accounts being managed through industry networks and contacts while also actively seeking out additional education opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships, while ensuring clients quality, deadline and budget goals are met.
  • Inspire and challenge creative for fresh thinking and efficient production while also providing clear, accurate and complete information to elevate standards of the JR product.
  • Highly organized and capable of handling multiple clients, projects and/or tasks.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create, express and sell new ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Must be budget conscious, assuring account margin and sales goals are met.
  • Identify opportunities for additional business with clients.
  • Experienced in national and global account and/or program management
  • Proven track record of building and developing customer relationships at various organizational levels leading to clear understanding of customer core needs.
  • Ability to develop effective programs, recommendations, and plans delivering on customer needs, JR sales and margins.
  • Account leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Must have strong production skills and ability to manage and execute initiatives against strategy.
  • National brand experience for marketing communications and creative production.
  • Experience in packaging, photo/video and large volume production.
  • Execution of communications, including packaged goods, collateral, and consumer/trade goods.
