John Ridella DMD, PC is Hiring a Dental Front Office Assistant Near Johnstown, PA

No experience necessary. Our primary goal is to find the right personality to fit our team. We are looking for a competent dental front office assistant who will help make the office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and assist with daily operations in the front office. You should be well-organized, pay great attention to detail, able to follow instructions, and respect dental office regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting incoming patients
  • Checking out outgoing patients
  • Processing credit card, check, and cash payments
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Verifying insurances
  • Provide patients with pre-procedure and post procedure instructions
  • Maximizing patient flow and productivity
