The Warehouse Associate II position at Safelite involves loading glass shipments and restocking pallets in our warehouses. Our dedicated team members ensure that our glass products are delivered efficiently, and they may also drive delivery trucks as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks.

• Stock and pick glass inventory using the picker in the warehouse.

• Manage, log, and stock incoming automotive glass, accessories, and supplies.

• Occasionally drive and deliver automotive glass, accessories, and other items from the warehouse to store locations using a DOT/Non-DOT vehicle.

• Maintain and organize inventory bins and perform cycle counting.

• Receive store returns or Distribution Center replenishment shipments.

• Handle outbound shipping for order fulfillment.

• Collaborate to maintain and improve internal shipping and receiving processes.

• Perform any other assigned duties.

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, including operating forklifts, is required (1-3 years).

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to pass a driving assessment and follow safe driving practices.

• Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or willingness to learn. Completion of MHE certification (Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Forklift) will be required.

• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 35lbs repeatedly and 50lbs occasionally. Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and meet weight safety standards to operate MHE.
