Position Title: Talent Analytics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Talent Analytics Coordinator. While we are best known as an auto glass company, we offer much more than that. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and HRIS team to drive analytics initiatives within the Talent department
• Create custom reports and dashboards outside of Workday, providing meaningful insights and actionable steps for Talent leadership and business partners
• Support Talent, DEI, Learning Team, and Talent Development through reporting, data insights, and setting data business rules
• Assist with technology implementations and integrations to improve system efficiency and automation
• Serve as the Workday Optimization Subject Matter Expert, implementing process improvements and supporting HR analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience required

Skills and Abilities:

• Effective communication skills (medium proficiency)
• Strong process and project management skills (medium proficiency)
• Data analytics skills (medium proficiency)
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau Dashboard creation (medium proficiency)
